Take college classes

volunteer somewhere - a hospital, homeless shelter, big brothers, for example

get a job

take up a new hobby, or restart an old one

learn a new skill or sport - scuba, woodworking, biking, fishing, gardening all come to mind.

get out and meet people - join a club, a church if you believe in it.

And change that name. "HeartEater"? How about "Maquathesociable"?

You are not having a midlife crisis you are just growing up maybe you have done too much too young?or maybe you are just depressed you need to fill your time with things you enjoy or change your place of work or get a career if you don't already have one.If still feeling like you have no purpose go and see gp and explain your feelings to them as you may be suffering from a mild depression and need some meds to help with your symptoms and/or a counsellor to talk through your feelings without the feeling that someone is judgeing you.

Wow...I am saddened by this, yet you are asking GREAT Questions.....sometimes the key to life is in knowing that we don't know everything and in asking for help.....

I love young people and feel that this generation has the mantle to turn around it's generation from the moral decay and mess my generation put you guys in.

We started with ideals and settled for so much less

What kind of world do you want for your kids....it begins with a vision of that and they making decision that walk you towards that vision.....

I have made huge strides toward serenity and peace........it started with a relationship with Christ and was enhanced by counseling to explore a difficult childhood , marriage and life disappointments......It required me to be tough with myself....tell myself all truth...even ugly ones.....It required getting real and not settling for a mask

Letting go of control for things I can't affect...changing the things I can.......usually myself...and learning to know the difference..

I am soooooooovery peaceful for the most part now....at peace with who i am and what my purposes are in the world

The Purpose driven life is a great book to read as a starting point

inner peace is a journey of patience and persistence....

So proud of you for wanting to find it
