A well-cared-for indoor cat will live for 15-20 years and sometimes longer. Siamese tend to be long-lived, so it's not unusual for one to reach 20. A neighbor of mine had one that lived to 23.

There is no exact answer to how long anything lives. But I had a 1/2 seal point Siamese/1/2 calico barn cat that lived to age 19 and a friend had a purebred Siamese that lived into its 20's. Average lifespan for a cat is about 13-15 years and Siamese do tend to live a little longer than average.

I have owned Siamese cats for the past 35 years. I have 4 now. I find that they do live longer then normal cats. I had one live to 25 years old! My others have been 16 plus years old. Thats if they are inside cats.

I inherited a siamese from my ex's third husband age unknown. I have despised cats my whole life.73 years. I've had flaco for over three years now, and I would sell all of my worldly belongings to keep him alive and comfortable. my vet diagnosed him with kidney problems recently and I now have to inject fluids into my poor little guy daily.at first it was very hard for both of us. I actually had a friend come over and help me as minister this treatment because I could not bare the look in his big semi-crossed eyes. We both understand now that the bond we have between us is unbreakable and forever. I just pray he does'nt outlive me because I don't think he could handle it. Nor I. Oh yeah, my vet estimates that he is 24 or 25 and has another 3 to 5 years to go. It looks like we are gonna share our golden years together. God bless.

For Siamese cats the life expectancy is above-average, compared to other cats, generally between fifteen to twenty years and sometimes longer.

I lost my neutered male apple-head to mammary cancer when he was just twelve years old.
Be sure you check your cat's belly and teats regularly. Statistically the Siamese are apparently prone to this.
