There's a lot more nitpicky details than this, but here it is in the simplest form.
Squish the grapes, save the juice.
Put all the juice in a sterilized container (glass carboy, food grade bucket, etc.)
Put in sulfites to kill the bad bugs in the juice
Add some nutrients
Add some wine yeast
Put an airlock on the container to let the CO2 out and keep air from getting in
Walk away for about 2 weeks
When the airlock stops bubbling, siphon into another container so you only get the clear liquid and leave behind the chunks and sludge on the bottom.
Let it be for a few more weeks
Siphon into bottles, and there you have it.

Obviously there's more to each step, and here's some good info to fill in those details:

You need to squeeze out the juice, put it in sterilized containers, add professional wine yeast, and let it ferment.

The procedure is to complex for a reasonable YA answer. Go to your local library and check out a book on wine making for details.

Read the legal part since in most states it is a crime for minors to possess alcoholic beverages.
