Being a working mother of four that ages are 1,5, 8, 12 it's not easy because there comes times where i want to spend every minute with my kids. But i do understand that if i don't work then we won't eat, or have a roof over our head. So on my days off from work i have a personal time for me to do what is need around the house and a family dining time for the kids, not meaning you need to take you child to fancy restaurant but have a nice sit down dinner with you child and talk about anything that way you open the barrel of communicate with you child and you child will feel free to share with you what's on there mind or I plans a trip for me and the kids, park, movies, museum, ect . So take the part job just know how to balance your work and home

My heart would say no, I want to put my child to bed at night, but my head says definitely. If you work for a while making more, maybe down the road you can take some time off to spend with your child (like a vacation). It's a tough call that many mothers have to make. I don't know that I could ever feel like I made the perfect decision. Either way I would be losing something. Good luck with whatever you decide.

If it pays more and you have the same benefits (if that matters to you), I would miss dinnertime and bedtime, but it sounds reasonable. It depends if it is something that will work out for you and your family. Sometimes it seems spending daytime with your child would be better than spending a couple hours after work with them. (if your child is young enough and not in school) More details would be great, if you don't mind.

You'll see your kids less in the evening, but there are still the mornings, & weekends.
But you'll have more time during the day for yourself. Your family will benefit from having a more rested, relaxed, & happy mother in the home.
You decide!

If it works for you then it sounds good. I would have a hard time not being able to put my kids to bed.
