Well, glad you asked, AngrySandwichGuy, as I recently spoke to my late Aunt Fariq about this very issue.
In many Muslim societies, after the hooha happy button is cut off, it is cooked and served to the woman as a warning and reminder that their women are not necessarily required to experience pleasure during sex. It is often cooked in a reduction sauce of warm curried goat sperm.
