that is a good question.
it would all depend on where or not he KNEW he was god.
if he doesn't then he has the choice to believe that maybe there is a higher being out there or not. whoa.

Well... supposedly He created us in his image, and since we all have doubts about our own existance once in a while, I'd go ahead and say that He just might be an agnostic on occasion.

Who is "god" ? It is all in your mind. If you think he is agnostic, then it is so. If you think he is omnipotent, it is so.
