Does she like to drink and party alot? If she does then there is nothing you can do to keep her around. She will find a way to go drink and party whether you want her to or not. As for her friend and cousin influencing her decision, I don't think so. I think it boils down to the fact that she does like the partying and drinking and since you don't (I assume) she got tired of not being able to.

Her cousin is jealous of her having a guy and not spending so much time with her.If your girl wants to go to parties,why can't you take her?You have to give and take and trust her when she goes out without you. She needs some fun in her life

If people would influnce her that easy. My opinion would be to dump her. Because she will always be influnce by other people. This is just the first of a number of learning experinces for you.
