Slice your Chicken breast lenghtwise in half
Cook your chicken breast in a pan (add your own seasoning, but not too much)
Put chicken to side and keep warm
In same pan cook one to two slices of bacon per chicken slice
Fry & put bacon w/ chicken
Reserve one tablespoon of bacon grease or you can wash it out and use butter or margerine
Saute 1/2 an onion and a little less than a 1/4 c. of brown sugar together, until onions are cooked.
Take a roll with lettuce, tomato, a little ranch sauce, add the chicken, bacon, & onion/sauce on top.
Top with some shredded cheese
VOILA
Girl, this is good stuff!!!!

If I were going to make a good chicken sandwich I would take a boneless skinless chicken breast and pound it out about 1/2 and inch thick. Then I would soak it in some butter milk for at least 2 hours. While it is soaking I would take about 1/2 cup of flour and season it up (Salt, Pepper, garlic, season salt etc.) I would take a fry pan and add some canola oil just enough to have about 3/4 inch deep crank up the heat and get the oil good and hot. While it is heating I'd take my chicken and dip it into a whisked egg then into my flour mixture. Making sure to shake off excess and then I'd let it sit out at least 5 more minutes. I'd fry that chicken breast up nice and golden brown of both sides. I would put that chicken between a hoagie bun add a little mayo and some dill pickles and serve!
