Translation of english words?

Question

Does anybody know what the word "water" is in spanish? Is it Agua? And what are the words "Water Spirit" in spanish? The two words put together will be prounounced differently I think... if anyone could help (people who speak Spanish) that would be great. (I googled Translation websites, and they all give me different answers, I would like the phrase to be grammatically correct, and I don't know which website was right.....)

I think I would probably go with "espíritu del agua", spirit of the water. I am assume you mean some sort of ethereal being? Fantasma also means spirit, in the sense of ghost.

Water is "agua" in Spanish. Spirit is "espiritu." How do you mean "water spirit?" A spirit that dominates the waters? More correctly that would be something like "espiritu marino," a marine or aquatic spirit. "Espiritu de agua" would be spirit of water which sounds like a tonic or even a drink. Did you mean "agua espiritual?" Spirital water? Or perhaps, "agua bendita?" Which is holy water?

You can translate it in different ways: espiritu de agua, espiritu de las aguas, espiritu acuatico. All ways mean the same, it is just that spanish is a more specific languaje than english, so we have a lot of ways to say the same thing, it depend on what exactly you are trying to say and in what context.

Yes, "water" is "Agua", and "Water Spirit" means "el espíritu del agua". I think it cannot have any other possible translation...

"el espíritu del agua" is your best choice. the person above gave other ones, but the other two sound kind of weird and i don't think convey the same exact meaning you want.
