Hi everyone,
How to say a undergraduate report (a piece of paper, really) in which required/ selected courses , credits and grades in each semester are listed? What is the English word for this thing? ''Student Report?"
Please help!

I am doing a translation from chinese to english, so i would only need to know what's the common way to designate a "student report" or "score report" for an undergraduate. Thanks!

Your school probably has a special term for this. Ask someone at your school (like an advisor).
