Welcome to parenthood. Hate to break it to you bud, but it's your turn to pay attention to HER AND your CHILD. You got your attention concieving your child. You will get it again if you give it now. Start by helping around the house. If you guys ever decice to use bottles for midnight feedings get up for a lot of them and feed your kid. Yeah, your going to loose sleep. A lot of it. Tough! You brought the kid into the world, it's your job to take care of it just as much as hers.

I'll bet you think I'm a woman, the way I'm talking to you. I'm not. I am a father of three boys and your attitude needs to change.

Newsflash! Life as you knew it is OVER! You are not a kid anymore and recess is cancelled due to adulthood. If you ever want attention from her again you better start helping her out now. It doesn't have to make sense to you, you just have to do it.

She wants you to help. Do laundry, do dishes, (and wipe that macho look of distain off your face), REAL men help their children's mother.

THREE DAYS? And you're already complaining? You've got a long way to go and the first step is to face reality, pull up your boot straps and BE A MAN!

It's only been three days dude. Don't be so selfish. Having a baby is exhausting. This is the time where you should be more helpful. If baby needs changing- change baby. If wifey needs rest or massage- then do that. No complaining!

Give her a break. How would you like to be on her shoes? You have a child now - things are different. Don't be so selfish. Why don't you help out your wife and give her some attention, given the fact that she just bore your child!

Maybe you should try helping her out by changing diapers, washing dishes, doing laundry, watching the baby so she can sleep, and any and other thing you can think of. I can't believe that you are playing on the computer and complaining about your wife. Get off your *** and do something.

about 5 years or so...

Try to enjoy the baby and worry less about yourself right now. Take lots of photos and videos and enjoy the time spent while its this little. Focusing on the baby will make you worry about self less.

Its a huge biological drive for the mother to care for the baby. You take care of them both and things will be back to normal soon.

Your wife is physically and emotionally exhausted, trust me. She needs you to be the strong one right now. Some women suffer from depression after the birth of the baby.
Trust me, I've been there to !! This may last a few months !!

Get used to it. The baby comes first now.

You are clearly not ready for fatherhood.
Enjoy your child. Help your wife. Forget about YOU for a while. [doing the first two things SHOULD bring you pleasure as a new dad]

My God! You are the most selfish little imbecilic moron I have ever run across. Your wife just went through pregnancy, lost control of her own body, gained a fair amount of weight, gave birth, went through hell in her own body, has a newborn to keep alive, and YOU want attention!?????? Get a life, moron!

Selfish, selfish, selfish, selfish. YOU should be helping HER.
