You should workout at least 4 days a week. ANd it will be much better if you workout as:
Monday; Tuesday--Workout (50-60 min for 1st month)
Wednesday--Simply stay at home...just relax.
Thursday; Friday--Workout (50-60 min for 1st month)
Continue this for coming 1st month & when you will sfited to 2nd month then try to incresae the min that u spend in the gym.
Do workout with light weight with more resp/repitition. 3 set would be idel for u. Give more attention towards stretching & freehand exercise (for 2-3 months).
Stop eating oily meal, butter, junk food. Add more salad & fruits in ur diet.
In this way you will 110% gurantted that loose atleast 10-12 lb in three months.
Best of luck.

It's virtually impossible to "bulk up" if you are a female, we simply don't have the hormones for that...but we can build/tone some muscles. Do primarily cardio for weight loss, and add some strength/toning just to keep you from getting flabby and to help increase your metabolism (the more muscles you have, the faster your metabolsim).
Three times a week is not bad...but if you can increase that to 4 or 5 it would be better (and then drop to 3x a week for maintenance when you hit your goal weight). If you can up to 5 days a week, make 3 of those all-cardio days and the other 2 incorporate strength training/toning.
Watch what you eat, drink lots of water...and you should see those pounds disappear!
Good luck!

The best thing you can do which I did, was to eat 2 heavier meals during the day but have soup and salad for dinner. Not to worry your body will get used to this routine in a few days.
Also you won't loose weight if you're lifting weights, that will only build up muscles, and toned up muscles weigh more than fat.
Keep active just the same & Good Luck

The answer is simple. Eat less and exersise more. Most importantly you gotta stick with it! Getting skinny is a goal, and like all goals if you want to get there you gotta strick with it!
You willl not bulk up by exersising! Lifting weights firms muscles and provides tone in women. Riding a bike at a teady 12 miles per hour for an hour will burn over 600 calories. Remove most cheese, fried foods, and mayo from you diet and you are saving well over 1000 calories per day now! See how easy that was?

The easiest, most effective and also the safest and most convenient is to wear weights wherever you go. What yo are doing now is good, but you have to set aside time for it. You have to keep in mind that if you stop doing what you are doing now, it will all come back.
My suggestion is to invest in a high quality, comfortable set of adjustable wearable weights, preferably ankle weights, thigh weights, or a weight belt. then you will be burning more calories and building muscle to replace the fat everywhere, all the time, and you don't even need to set aside a specific time. Wear them in the morning and only take them off before bed, before shower and before sports. You will see the difference very soon. I guarantee, because I've done it, and have recommended it to everyone who asks me for this kind of advice.
Of course, it will be visible and weird feeling, but just telling people about it, and wearing long sleeved clothes will solve your problem. Just be sure to carry extra clothes in your bag when you go out or do anything, because for the first month or 2, you will sweat a lot.
Hope that helped...

The scientific formula for loosing weight is burning more carbs than you take in. No offense but since your weight is high right now the weight will fly off if you eat well. The only thing I would do different is add another cardio session without weights

you need to do more cardio, do 45 minutes atleast 4 times a week. strength train for toning won't bulk you up, lifting light weights is for toning not for bulking. drink lots of water and eat a lot of chicken. chicken is lean will give you the protein that you need and keep you full.
