this here is the salary. i have one more question do i need to pay for the annual flight cost because i already have my licenses and i dont know wat that one is for a little help here you make me save more.

You only need to pay for any flying you actually do there. The $10k is an average. Some will be more, others may be none if they already have their tickets.
