I don't want her to have the baby, do I have to support her?

You both need to agree on something. If she can prove that the baby is yours, then step up to the plate and take care of the child. If not be there for her. You take the risk of having a baby, every time you have sex. If your not ready for a baby, maybe you shouldn't be having sex.

You do have to support the baby even if you don't want the baby as long she wants it. You do not have to support her thought just the baby and the courts will decide on that. I think it's different in every state.
Good luck and remember it's not the baby's fault and if it is born it deserves to be loved it didn't ask to here!

If she doesn't abort or give it up for adoption, you're legally obliged to support the baby.

first of all get a test done to see if it is yours. if it is then you will need to support the child.
