Yeah I know, my hair was due to be washed when those photos were taken. Its normally got more volume and bounce than that, and I don't normally let it get that oily!

How about dying your hair and highlighting it too?
It would look marvelous !

Instead of asking "the general public" you should ask your sweetie/significant other what they like and do that. I personally like long clean healthy hair, regardless of the style. I've never seen a woman with long hair that didn't appeal to me. Even "not so pretty women" look so much better with long hair. The longer the better (for me). Anywhere from shoulder length down to the small of her back is good.
Seriously, ask your best guy or girl and not a general audience...cause you'll get so many different answers here and the best friend may not like what you decide based on their likes.

Long hair is for people with a fuller rounded face. Short hair suits a person with a smaller long face. In your case, short hair would really show off your large eyes. Your hair is your crown so make it fit to suit you............

Yes, The Jennifer Aniston hair-do that she wore for awhile will look great on you .. Or have the hairstylist taper the hair around your face...

Yes but be sure to keep it looking very clean and to trim it regularly. Nothing worse than long greasy stringy hair on anyone!
