And I'm not looking for anyone to say me either.Include a link if you want to but definitely defend your answer.I already know who gets my vote but I just wanted to see what everyone else thinks.By best and most detailed I don't mean this group of copy and pasters recommending that same stupid blogspot for EVERY single answer.I mean people who give alot of good details and may include links.Don't say yourself either.

I am guessing you were looking for a user who gives good answers within the Diet and Fitness section on YA, yes? Too bad more people aren't answering. I'd be curious to see whose answers people like.

I do think your answers are very detailed, genuine and well-thought out. I especially liked this one:

the government set up a site that is seriously obsessive about eating. It's supposedly the new and improved food pyramid, and they tell you how much of each food group (down to different catagories of vegetables, dark, green, leafy) you should eat in ounces depending on your sex and how much you excersize.

How am I (or anybody else) supposed to know the user name of the best person? Just call up somebody at a sports medicine place, and ask them.

I like this site. http://nutrition.about.com/library/bl_nutrition_guide.htm

After you input a some information, such as current weight, goal weight, height and age, It gives you very detailed information about how many calories you need to eat as well as how much fat, carbs etc that you need.
