stress sometimes causes you to be late but if you are also having the symptoms you could still be pregnant. The home pregnancy test sometime don't work until you are like 6 weeks pregnant. That is what happened with my oldest child The test kept coming back negative even up to 8 weeks then I finally went to the doctor and he did a blood test and for sure I was pregnant 8 weeks. Please go to the doctor if you are concerned.

if the test says you are not pregnant & you followed the directions exactly & are sure about your dates, then you most probably arent pregnant. having said that its more common to get a false negative than a false positive.
it really doesnt matter how regular your periods ususally are - changes can & do happen in a cycle & if your doctor is anything like mine they dont worry about a missed period at all unless its been absent for more than 6 months - the only time they question it sooner is if you put yourself at risk of catching something. sure it sounds strange, but thats what my doc says...
wait a week & do another test - good luck.
PS. please also remember that women are most fertile 2 weeks before their period comes. if, for whatever reason, you are gonna have a long cycle this month then be aware your fertile time will have changed too.

You could be pregnant, you may have just taken the test too soon. Take another one in a couple of days and you should get a concrete answer. If it still comes out negative go to your Dr and explain all, they can do a blood test which will definitely confirm it either way.

The only logical thing to do would be to make an appointment with your doctor.
Obviously, any sign/symptom of pregnancy can either be pregnancy, or something else.
No one on Yahoo Answers has ESP, and no one can accurately guess.
If you had researched the last million times this question was posted, you would have came to the same result.
Call your OB.

Sometimes stress causes changes in your cycle. If in a few more days you have not yet had your period, try contacting your doctor for a blood test to see if you are pregnant - a bit more accurate than home pregnancy tests (which themselves are generally accurate)

Time to visit the doctor. It's possible to be pregnant and just not be producing enough "pregnancy hormone" to make a test go positive. A doctor can examine you and by feeling your uterus and your cervix (even just by visualizing your cervix) if you are pregnant.
If you're not pregnant, you could have another condition causing these symptoms, so it's just time to go get it check out.
Good luck and I hope it turns out whichever way you're hoping :)

First, don't panic. Go to your doctor. There is something called a suedo pregnancy, where you feel like you are pregnant but you aren't. But I don't think this is the case. I don't think it's very serious but I would go to my doctor as soon as possible and take no chances with your health.
Good luck.

could be stress. if you are on any BCs then it may be normal. If you are that worried about it go see a doctor. I am weird... right before my period I have all those same symptoms so it is hard for me to tell also.
