All babies are born Muslim. They are pure of heart, free of sin, guaranteed jannah. It is when parents and others interfere they are lead down the wrong path. Sometimes when you look at them, you can tell they are seeing angels, they are at peace, but at the same time, it is said they can see the jinns too... babies are blesssings.

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "Every child is born with a true faith of Islam (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) but his parents convert him to Judaism, Christianity or Magianism, as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. Do you find it mutilated?" Then Abu Huraira recited the holy verses: "The pure Allah's Islamic nature (true faith of Islam) (i.e. worshipping none but Allah) with which He has created human beings. No change let there be in the religion of Allah (i.e. joining none in worship with Allah). That is the straight religion (Islam) but most of men know, not." (30.30) (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 23, Number 441)

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "Every child is born with a true faith of Islam (i.e. to worship none but Allah Alone) and his parents convert him to Judaism or Christianity or Magianism, as an animal delivers a perfect baby animal. Do you find it mutilated?" (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 23, Number 467)

I'm a Muslim, and I've grown up in a Muslim family, so from the time I was a baby I knew Islam. I didn't understand many things then, but it was enjoying for me looking at my parents saying their prayers. In my childhood opinion Islam was the best religion, and now I've the same belief. When my parents talked about our prophet I always thought that he's with me & this helped me feel relaxed in my life. I always copared myself with the daughter of our prophet, and so I tried to be like her. When I was 5-6 i tried to fast like my parents and when I wanted to break my fast at Eftar, I felt so proud, I can never forget!!! you know, Islam is the thing that has become some part of me from the time I was born. it's a custom here to say Adan(azan) in new born babies' ears.I lived in an Islamic country, and I always thank God for all these favors.
I hope you get your answer!

Seeing as how I am not a baby I can't answer your question. Go find one and ask them.

Babies are too young to be superstitious. Give them time and a good brainwashing.

Babies don't care about or understand religions. They only want food, drinks, urination, and defaecation.
