Hi, I hope you don't have dial-up. Uninstall zone alarm. then re-install it. as of three weeks ago it was around 16 megs. If it happens again then you have another program that isn't playing nicely. I have found that Norton doesn't play well with others, so while I have it I don't have it active(actually, I haven't kept it up and don't even use it now)
I have zone alarm free, avg free, and counterspy(pay) they all work well together and I don't seem to have any conflicts. If I had it to do over again, I don't think I would buy anything. I bought counterspy about 7 months ago, because PC World rated it #1. Well, now it's about 60% down the list and a freebie is #2. It seems that no one stays on top for long, but you're still locked into the year. I can still go to the freebie, but I just hate throwing away 1/2 year of updates(scotch blood?)
I monitor www. pcworld.com for what's working best.

Is it shutting down or powering off at no word? If that's shutting down then this is tremendously much particularly an endemic. If that's powering off at no word then it ought to be the two overheating or your psu isn't effective adequate to your hardware.
