BTW biscuits and scones to me are very different. I have never made a biscuit from scratch myself, but I sure have eaten a variety of them. If you have ever eaten at Red Lobster they serve cheese biscuits which most everyone loves, but I am not that fond of them myself. Cracker Barrel serves biscuits and I believe you can make quick biscuits with Bisquick mix. Some eat biscuits with a sausage gravy or white gravy and some eat them with butter and honey and some eat them in stawberry shortcake topped with strawberries whipped cream with or without ice cream. There is a type of cookie they call biscuits also that I really like, but that is the texture of a cookie and not at all like a biscuit.
