Depends on if it's indoors or outdoors. If it's outside you might want to wear shorts and a tank top or jeans and a tank top. You can pretty much wear whatever you like to a summer concert (as long as its not too provocative...you don't want to get kicked out) lol

Depends what type of concert. A singlet or t-shirt and a pair of jeans is usually the norm. If you're going to be in a moshpit, don't wear a skirt...

depends on what kind of concert...if it is a popular artist probably just jeans and tank top (for girls) and shorts and tee for guys. If it is classical music or something more classy then of course you should dress classy.

Whatever you decide to wear, don't forget a hat and sunblock, for sure. Also, be sure to pack some water. Especially if you are going to be drinking alcohol.
