YES IT IS POSSIBLE... IT IS STILL CAUSING BIRTH DEFECTS UNTILL TODAY... I WAS WATCHING IT ON SOME CHANNEL AND THEY SAID THAT EVEN THE SOIL IS AFFECTED UNTIL TODAY... NOTHING GROWS THERE ..

Yes but I always like to measure everything,also the radioactive material is very heavy, so 99.9% fell in the immediate area. I lived in Tokyo 2.5 yrs. and now I am 75yrs old. I have Sean no real evidence that was good measurements. a big solar flare could raise the radiation level moor. Check with the Japanese u might find some good data.

Yes. The biggest effect is caused by all of our testing. If you think about it the cold war was a nuclear war of saber rattling. We all are paying the price.
