ill be getting a dog, the dog has papers, and good lineage, good looks, good health, im curious about this, you may give me ur honest opinion if its perfectly alright:
the pup F came from a sire and a dam
the sire D has lets say A as its sire, and its dam lets say B
the dam E has lets say A as its sire, and its dam is C
now the sire D and dam E will now breed
they now produced pup F

is this perfectly ok...

No one should attempt an inbreeding unless they really understand genetics. You need to have a thorough knowledge of every dog in the pedigree for 3 generations back. Any recessive faults that are in the line are very likely to come out in an inbreeding. This is not ok for anyone but an experienced breeder.

If you do it, you won't get AKC papers for the puppies because of the inbreeding. This means you won't get jack when you try to sell them and you'll be stuck with a lot of dogs with possible genetic problems.

If it's done by a careful, knowlegeable breeder then it's okay. Many of the best breeders use this technique, but carefully, you need to really know the dogs and their pedigree to do this. And you must start with top-quality dogs.

No, backyard breeding is never okay.

Also no, you can't breed half-siblings, it's bad for genetic reasons.
