All these answers about complimenting her appearance! I don't know any girl/woman that wouldn't feel degraded slightly by such a comment!
You know it makes you feel un confident and on show. You can hint towards it, make it obvious that you like a persons appearance, but if you say it like you are beautiful you are seriously gonna piss off a lot of women! Its like an over used phrase, that makes you think, they know that is what they are supposed to say. Depending on the situation its quite often a big lie!
You can say you are beautiful when you have known a person for a long time. However most women will still have an argument with you about it! If they don't they are thinking bloody liar!
I would rather be complimented on something I'd said rather than how I look. Again only if it is genuine.
Its not that I have low self-esteem like you may be thinking. its that I hate the thought of anyone taking me for a fool. Buttering you up for their own good. Very un-attractive!

If you say "Nice t**s", she's bound to positively slap you ...
Any polite compliment about their appearance is likely to get a positive response ... unless they think you're a bit too slimy!
Just have manners and conduct yourself properly and I'm sure most women will respond positively.

compliment them - but make sure it's something specific, instead of a general compliment - say something like those jeans look awesome on you - but also make sure you really mean it - be sincere - don't make it sound like it's just a line & you're playing her!!
