She is a nice person, but all the men at work who date her, know that all they need to do to get in her pants is to give her a couple of drinks.

Tell her the truth simply, nicely, face to face, and away from both work & a bar.

I think this is only something you can tell someone that you are fairly close too.

I don't know if a co-worker is close enough.

She probably is aware that when she drinks she sleeps around, maybe she doesn't view it as any of your business or she is fine with this. It is sad that the men at work talk about her, though.

First off, she shouldn't be dating co-workers. It never works out and usually causes problems. "One should never dip their pen in the company ink-well". Let her know what is being said, but be prepared for her to get ticked off and defensive.
Another point: Just what kind of work environment do you have there? It sounds like the quality of the people there is to be questioned.

Then politely pull her aside and tell her what others are saying. Maybe she is unaware how she is acting, maybe she likes the attention, maybe shes just a down right whore... either ways... She might not know how others perceive her... so go tell her, in a polite way. Just be honest.
