Definitely rhubarb and stem ginger with lashings of custard. Mmmmmmm. Although I wouldn't turn my nose up at a bowl of apple crumble right now either.

My mum used to make apple and rhubarb crumble with home made custard and its lush. A little brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon. Hmmm.
