I don't believe in hypnotisim but if it were to exist I don't think the women would have a choice and so therefore she did not consent to it and therefore he's raping her!!! Be very careful boy!

covert hypnotism? sorry, but that is not possible, and even if you are hypnotized, you will not do something you would not do normally.
