Ask that person out for dinner and a few drinks. See how it goes from there. See if they are uptight or not. If they are let loose. Easy to talk to , and if they are, then hint it to them...

Well depends on the who you're making the moves. If its someone lower in your position that might be ok cuz if it doesn't work out for some reason he/she has no power over your job position. Now try to nail the boss or someone higher up that might be a problem. You never though I knew a person who nailed their boss and got a $15k more a yr. Gotta move up the ladder not down!

I have the perfect move. It is called the be a classy guy and don't hook up with girls at work move. It is fairly simple, what you do is anything you want, other than hitting on or flirting with girls at work. You can talk with them, hell, you can even eat lunch with them, share stories with them, make jokes with them, do anything but flirt with them in hopes of dating. Looking for a relationship at work is like begging for someone to kick you right in the crotch. Make good friends at work.

I tend to shy away from that situation, there is nothing pretty when the relationship doesn't work, the politics involved and then having to face that person every day after the break.

Good luck in what you decide..

First. Be prepared to quit your job, because if you break and your boss starts nailing her, you're gonna have a hard time

Second. If you do anything inside of work you can be sued for sexual harassment and that can get you fired too.

Third. Make sure she's worth it, don't just do it for one night stand.

Ask them out for coffee... after coffee casually invite her to dinner or a movie. During coffee you could talk about movies you like and if she is wanting to see one, just say why dont we go together? Its pretty easy. Just remember that if it doesnt work out... You two still have to work together.

More people meet their future significant others at work than anyplace else. Just be smart about it and if they end it, make sure you don't make a scene.

its not a good idea, if you wanna ask them out get their phone # and call them after work, to set somethig up. so nobody at work knows your dating that will be less pressure on both of you if you agree to keep it a secret, just in case it dont work out
