It's a psychological problem and a very serious one at that. It's basically in the same group as Anorexia.

for most people bulimia is a skemleton in the closet and it will not leave by itself, it is a psychological disorder and an addiction - addicted to throwing up afrter meals. bulimic people definitely have a social life, but most of the time they feel so self-conscious and inferior, that they avoid going out as the people might judge them on how fat and ugly they are, even though they are skinny and pretty. thats the reason they say away from the public eye. it can be a fatal disease, when you vomit, you lose a lot of nutrients and potassium and this will affect all the metabolic pathways in your body causing your muscles to be flaccid and not contracting and you feelin fatigued and not able to move and then daeth due to malnutrition. bulmic people may love themselves, but hate their bodies, they constantly think they are fat and that by vomiting or drinking laxatives they can get thinner, but even though they are getiing thinner, they just cant be satisfied with their bodies.

if you are bulimic, it is possible for someone to love you, it is not about the outside, but the inside and if that person really loves you, he or she will know that there is something wrong and that by doing this to yourself, you are doing it unnecessarily and that it may kill you, but they will keep your secret and help you to get better in secret, withou your friends and family knowing, but if you do not get help, you friends and family will notice it and then your big secret comes out in the way you avoided for so long.

yes, yes, yes, bulimics can overcome this psychological fear of getting fat, they will learn that it is really good to have a healthy weight, rather than looking like a skeleton and if they have a healthy lifestyle, they will have a lot more energy and will be able to enjoy the little things in life, which they did not have time for, because they were tired and sick and fragile.

i dont know if the abovementioned stars are bulimic or anorexic, but i do think they may have some kind of a disorder or they exercise extremely.

bulimia got started by someone who did not like their body or a relative told her she was fat and thus made the decision to drink laxatives or vomit. as i said - it is a psychological disorder caused by social stimuli, pressure from magazines or spouses to be as thin as the models in the ads.

it can be overcome if you get help as soon as possible and if you are over the age of 14, you can go to a clinic and talk to the doctor od psychologist their without your parents or anybody knowing.

Bulimia itself is not normally a deadly disease but is often the outward sign of inner turmoil and if left untreated, can lead to the person developing other eating disorders such as anorexia, which is more likely to prove fatal. Bulimics are not gross, they just need help because they have what is known as an emotional hunger. They eat to feed this hunger then become overcome by feelings of guilt and remorse and induce vomitting in a bid to control their weight. Bulimics are very secretive and are often of normal weight so this means they are not unsociable, but just good at hiding their true emotions. Bulimia is treatable and there are over 20 clinics in the uk which specialise in eating disorders. one of the health consequences of bulimia is the constant washing of stomach acid over your teeth causes the enamel to rot.

It's bulimia, yes it's a deadly disease. I know of a person who died from heart failure and they were bulimic. People who are bulimic can suffer from teeth discoloration, low electroydes etc. Like I said it's nothing to mess about with. What are you on with will someone love you when you suffer from this disease? I don't get it. I just hope you are not suffering from this, also I hope to dear God that you learn how to put proper sentences together.
