I like it cut into really thin strips, then pan fry some thinly sliced onions, a little fresh, chopped chili, some streaky bacon, then when those are golden add the liver strips and stir fry quickly, it tastes as good as steak.

yep love the stuff - only beef liver though.
it's beautiful curried with some diced beef and fresh rotis or liver steaks fried in onion, garlic and chilli. yummy yummy yummy put sum in my tummy.
it's also a very very good source for iron and protein.

No i don't like liver. My boyfriend made it into fajitas, and i just don't have the guts to eat it. In my opinon there
is nothing you can do to it, to make it taste any better.
