That would depend on how well you know the person...this is the website I use:
http://www.quotationspage.com
Breaks it down by catagory

Funny, because you know the couple really well?
We like to wish people well in general by saying, "May you have as many years of happiness, as we have cat hairs in the house." Since we **adore** cats, people laugh and know what this means.

But you wanted something for a card, which implies a scrapbook. In that case, our best wishes are usually something like this:

May you be blessed always with health, and hope, and happiness.
May you have peace and prosperity in your home---enough to spare, and enough to share.
May your home be rich with luck, and love, and laughter,
With talk, and tears,
With caring, and communication.
May you have pleasure in family and friends, comfort and support in each other's presence, and a sense of peace each day.
May you always travel in safety, and return home in joy.
We wish you everything we wish ourselves---we cannot wish you more!

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/t4Qyg

It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.

This is from an Irish Wedding Blessing:

"May the saddest day of your future be no worse than the happiest day of your past."

I've always liked that for some reason.
