Who ever told you that man is not 100 times intelligent is telling a lies. Remember God created man in his images and likeness, so some of the characteristics as well as the personality of man is derived from this image and likeness. So, man is more than 100 times intelligent.
The problem is that, man is either near sighted or far sighted, because he cannot see the goodness of God. He was blinded by the wisdom of the world. He invented things that is contrary to the standard principle God's.
If I were God, I'll stict to the original creation. It is more exciting and challenging and rewarding too.

God already created the most intelligent living organism on the planet. US. It is just depends on how we use it. And for the fact of how YOU entertain God. But I know He is smiling at you even while you're sleeping.

I think he did create us 100 more times intelligent than we are. But most people are to lazy to use the God given brains they have.

Actually a world full of computer geeks, math geniuses and bands like The Talking Heads would get old after a while. I think God likes to see us struggle at times. He wants us to ask for help.

Man is very cunning. Look around you and see what some religions have done. It can only come about when man uses his brain.
Man is intelligent in a very selfish way. As long as it is working for us and we can murder, rape, torture, steal, violation of human rights etc in the name of religion, man carries on.
This can only come about with intelligence. Not with ignorance.
