Drink water to fill you up. Lots of it. Eat lots of fiber and roughage. That would be high fiber cereal for breakfast. Quaker Oats has new weight control oatmeal that tastes good. For lunch , bring salads with a bit of protein, turkey or something, and low cal dressing. Dinner should be salad and baked chicken or fish. You'll lose tons.

That depends on what that problem is. Is it a health problem? If it is you should see a doctor or nutritionist before you harm yourself. Don't not eat, there are enough anorexics in the world. If you really can't move to lose weight then try to go on a health diet but your best option is to see a nutritionist. Believe me. Good luck!!

losing weight without a workout is next to impossible..you must get SOME exercise..or any weight you do lose will cause LOOSE skin..(the only way to lose weight fast is to exercise btw)
otherwise just eat healthier.

You could manage the time, you could buy the tools (exercizing tools). But cant lose ur wait untill u use those tools....u got to have ur hands dirty baby. Do some exercise (not heavy). Without this ......

Eat more fiber-laden and water-laden foods throughout the day.
They make you feel more full all day.
Fruit, veggies, whole grain breads & cereals (ones without sugar added, preferably).
Also, drink lots and lots of water and sugar-free tea.
