Considering that I don't have a 24hour fitness membership and equipment. Would just doing lounges all day work? I've been doing them for a few days but don't wanna keep doing them if they don't work.

lol, good one psychotic clown. I laughed at first, then I started laughing even harder knowing how dam fat you are while your fat wife is waving a pig's azz in front of your face while you sweat and drool. I bet you'd break the record for having more chins than a hong-kong telephone book! I hope you're taking bayer for that soon to be heart attack you fat cow.

The best exercise is to take two wool strings, tie 1/2 lbs. of ham at the end, stand on your hands, tie those to your feet and then swing them around. This is the exercise that early man invented. He named it (naturally) the "hamstring" exercise.

lunges and squats. use anything small and heavy from around your house as "weights" ex: family size cans of soup.
