how to set the pixels ?, i am facing some problem with the display when i scroll any page,,,, i need to know it quick

i dont feel like scrolling, i feel like i am dragging something, and the picrue moves like waves,,,,

It would seem to me this is a memory problem rather than a display problem.
Do you have enough HD space empty? I prefer running my computer with always at least 1 GB of empty HD space.
Do you have enough RAM? Minimum for adequate performance is 512 MB.
It could also be a graphics card problem, or outdated driver.
I would suggest you d/l a utility like freemem that recovers RAM every 15 minutes or so, it can make a huge difference in performance, especilaly if you have 512MB or less of RAM.

Right Click your Desktop>Properties>Setting Tab> Adjust Screen Resolution (and Color qaulity)

adjust the resolution by rightclick on the properties on the desktop
