I would have a regular appologetics feature that gives answers to a lot of the arguments people have against Christianity. Show what we believe to be proof against the arguments I see so regularly here on Answers such as "the apostles faked Jesus' ressurection" and "why did God sanction slavery and spouse abuse?". As it says in 1 Peter 3:15 "But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, ". We must be prepared to give our response not by saying we simply belive, but with information that will explain our beliefs.

I would put articles about saints, about Christian holidays, addresses of local churches, etc. I think it's also a good idea to allow the readers to ask questions about modern issues (like "What does the Church say about UFOs or ghosts") and to have the questions answered by real priests.
