im converting, i want to be very prepared, what are some of the questions they ask you in the test???

Just answer honestly and sincerely. That is what they are looking for. If you weren't ready your Rabbi would tell you.

I think Mordent is wrong.

Jewishness is not a nationality, it is a religion.

Just like a person of any nationality can convert, for example, to the Roman Catholic religion, a person can also convert to the Jewish religion.

I would hope that all are welcome to become members of the Jewish faith and that one's parentage is of no consequence. Otherwise, that would be a form of anti-gentile racism.

Don't think you can be given a couple pointers there. The test involves a million details (I've seen the study guides and they are not easy questions).

Yes, I converted just yesterday morning. Now I only have one teaspoon of sugar in my tea instead of two.

You cannot convert to Judaism. Either you are Jewish or you are not. If your mother is Jewish, you are Jewish - if not you aren't, regardless of what you practice.
