Any position will do it only matters if the man really wants to be with the woman he's in-to, that imo adds much to the pleasure to be had. I think it works the other way around pretty much the same.

It is different for different men. First, try being open with each other. Sex will be much more pleasurable if you tell each other what you like or don't like. For me, I like the missionary position with the lady's legs as wide apart and as far up as she can get. That way I get the deepest penetration.

Standing and kneeling are generally better because less energy is used performing the act. Woman face down flat is my next favorite, it is easier kiss and nibble on her neck and ear in this position.
