Calculating say 5,300 to 5,500 generations since 200,000 years to present day for the modern human and factoring in around 23 to 27 billion have walked the earth (6.5 billion presently), how many souls do you think are currently in hell? And what reasonable thinking leads you to make that number?

Earth is like hell in a figurative sense, but in a literal sense, not yet. Hellfire (the same that comae onto Sodom) won't come until 1000 years after the second coming of Christ. The dead souls are dust and are not conscious of time. There are two resurrections. The first one is for the saved at the second coming. The souls which were physical beings then become immortalized. The second resurrection is for the annihilation of those who never valued life nor had faith that their attitude could change. Satan and his demons which were pirits become un-imortalized then cease to exist along with the unsaved. The Earth gets cleansed, and the New Earth is formed.

Hell, Michigan is an unincorporated community with a population of 266, located in Putnam Township, in Livingston County, and in the U.S. State of Michigan. The community is near the border with Washtenaw County, about 20 miles northwest of Ann Arbor. Hell's coordinates are 42°26′05″N, 83°59′06″W and its ZIP Code is 48169

Based on this I believe Hell, Michigan is the only Hell in existence unless any other readers can prove any other Hell. So there are currently 266 souls in Hell.

I don't think we have any way to really say except it is too many. I feel bad for people who don't think that hell exist. I guess it's easier to live life the way you want doing whatever you want when you delude yourself into thinking that heaven and hell are made up. The worst part of hell is going to be eternal separation from God. Even now, while we are Earth, no one is separated from God, even those who don't believe in God are still connected right now. Only one man on the Earth has been separated from God, and was Jesus. Even he feared that separation. He feared it so much that he actually sweat ed blood.

I would say billions, a few billion sould counting all the unjust people since the dawn of man, another few billion who have not accepted Jesus as the son of God since he stepped foot on this earth, and the few hundred million Lucifer took with him when he was cast out of heaven

Most of the living ones are facing hell on earth. When they experience fear or stress that's hell.

For the ones that are dead, there is no heaven or hell.

Heaven and hell was invented by priests and politicians to keep humans in control.

But it would be difficult for most people to agree on these things.

I think it's similar to what was shown in the South Park movie.

Heaven had this counter outside it that when someone was admitted, it would flip down the new number. Example: from 100,000 it changed to 100,001

The hell one was going so fast that you couldn't even keep up with it.

This is my understanding: Hell is a holding place for those not in heaven, the Lake of Fire is where most people think of when they talk about hell. The Lake of Fire was created for demons and Satan, not people.

The Bible warns about being sent to hell but final jugement and punishment is the Lake of fire.

Remember, people choose to go to hell and finally the Lake of fire by their actions, God only send them there after he has tried everything to tell them the truth and they deny it over and over.

Zero. Because the Bible says that hell only begins after the millenium. All the unsaved dead souls are asleep, waiting for that day.

There is no place called hell. Heaven or Hell is what you make out of your life. Also known as consequence.
