When travelling within one country, public transport not your own van.

If going to Europe the Eurostar is better than flying. I'm not sure about the ferry, I'd expect it uses a lot of fuel.

For the rest of the world, I would take last minute tickets. This way you know for certain that that flight would have happened with or without you, and filling up planes is a good important. There are too many half empty planes in the sky

Most ethical? I think you mean most ecological.

I would say, that if the band is traveling together bus would be appropriate. If you are going overseas, you would take a plane, but see if when in the other countries you can rent a van that will fit every one (and their things) You want to have the least amount of vehicles producing pollution.

Make sure you place all your trash in the proper recepticles for disposal.

Given that you must travel and what's feasible try using public transportation as much as possible.

Of course, you may contribute less to the destruction of the planet, but the other passengers riding with you may contribute signficantly to the destruction of your equipment.

Ethical.. Destruction?

Travelling by plane is the quickest. You could walk or swim if you wish.

I wonder.. What other services do you deprive yourself from in order to save the world? Dont get me wrong, I also do my bit to save the world but not using transport services is not one of them & I think it would be for obvious reasons.

pogo stick doesn.t pollute, but hard to travel in mud. a time machine is not a bad idea, art bell talked to some one said he had one, art can't seam to locate him any more so he may be on a trip. when one is on a ethical trip it would be some what difficult to make any type of movement or would it?

You may have to resort to walking, sail-boat or pedal-biking as the rest of the conveniences emit some harmful compounds into the atmosphere. Good luck!

left leg, right leg,, its called walking.

If you really want to help, still take planes but donate 20 quid to some charity each time you do. Best of both worlds.
