Is it fasting or considered a diet?

It may seem like a good idea but what happens the week after when you go back to your normal calorie intake???
Yep all the weight comes back on, the only way to diet is to educate yourself into eating healthy and make it a life time change. I'm sorry but fad diets are dangerous and useless, you lose muscle mass on them and when you go back to your old eating habits you put on fat instead thus increasing your body fat in the long term!!!
I'm sorry if I have dissappointed you, but i dont think a fruit diet is too good

Considered a diet.

Possibly good depending on many factors and the water you drink. If you insist on doing this I would go with avocados only. Will help balance your system, keep up some essential vitamins, are filling, etc.

ok, so lets first commence out through understanding that this is a foul concept! before each little thing, you'll bypass out, oh yeah, and it is going to ensue, except you're guzzeling 5 gallons of fruit cocktail, in which case makes the quick rediculous. 2d, fruit juice isn't all this is cracked as a lot as be. human beings imagine that purely because it says "fruit" its healthful, extra frequently than not, its not the case. Now, lets say you do your "quickly". Your metabolism, blood sugar, water on your body, etc. will wade through and also you'll benefit back all the burden you concept you lost. in case you want to loose weight, do it the actual way. weight-relief plan healthful, and workout your *** off!!! this is the in ordinary words way, Sorry!

It should be ok, but eat lots of different types so you get the most nutrition out of them. Watch for the runs though.
It is good to clear out the toxins from time to time. I'd say it was considered fasting or detoxing.

I have never done a Fruit fast but my freinds have.. It's a big DETOX. Unless you have a problem with your insulin It will not hurt you & you may get a good bit of benefit from it.

No form of fasting or faddy diets are good for anyone, the only way to lose weight is to cut out the crap, alcohol and fast food, and take lots of proper exercise

I thought that about 3 weeks ago! I was only going to do it for 3 days but i had to stop after the first day because of the crippling pains in my stomach!
