Calculating say 5,300 to 5,500 generations since 200,000 years to present day for the modern human and factoring in around 23 to 27 billion have walked the earth (6.5 billion presently), how many souls do you think are currently in heaven? And what reasonable thinking leads you to make that number?

What does the Bible say about the day of judgment? Do we go to Heaven immediately we die? Is judgment going on? Once you answer those questions then it becomes easy to answer your question. The return of Jesus should be the culmination of events that lead to judgment. As I understand it, not until then will people begin getting into heaven.

None. The Bible says that when all people on Earth die, then God will raise the good and keep the bad on the Earth with Satan. Of course it was phrased alot better.
