Yes Woman was made to compliment a man and she is her own soyul with rights to her own body. If a man takes that from her this is no longer an act of love but and act of hate and violence. That is not of God therefore it is a sin!

Sin isn't always about what you do to others, it's about knowing that what you are doing is wrong. You don't really hurt anyone by taking a pad of post-it notes from the office, but it's still stealing, right? If you are acting in a mean way to another (and rape might qualify as mean!) then it's a sin. You have no right to hurt anyone else. Why is this so hard for people to understand? Treat others with respect!

It's a sin no matter what your religious affiliation is! That woman was violated by the man that promised to love, honor, and cherish. Check out either I or II Corinthians. That's a good question, sweetie. Maybe some of the die hard "Bible Thumpers" can tell you where it is(they sure do know how to condemn us in the LGBT communtiy, that's for sure!)in the "good book".
FYI: Marital rape is considered a crime in all 50 states as of 05 July 1993. Seventeen states including D.C., there are no exemptions from rape prosecutions for husbands. Unfortunately, in 33 states there are still some exemptions from prosecuting husbands.

Husbands should love and respect their wives.
The first thing that someone should be considering is whether the idea of sin is actually real.
If God is supposed to be perfect how could She have made anything or anyone that wasn't.
Think about it. The idea of sin assumes certain things about God that seem highly unlikely.
All this talk about sin sounds like a bunch of nonsense to me.
First it assumes a God who is too incompetent to organize a simple educational field excursion and figure out a way to get all of the students home safely.
How likely is this that God would not be smart enough to come up with a plan for our salvation that is going to work?
It also assumes that God must have created us imperfect if we are sinners.
One might assume that God would be able to create someone perfect each and every time if he chose to. Assuming God is capable of this, then it follows logically that we must be perfect creations if we are actually creations of this perfect God.
Unless of course you are saying that God chose to create us imperfect.
If God created us imperfect then anything that may go wrong is Gods fault, not ours. This seems a bit illogical at best so I think that we need to assume that What God creates would have to be perfect.
If this is the case and Gods creations are perfect, then nothing that we can do could change what God created perfect and make it imperfect unless we think that we are more powerful than God is.
How likely is it that we the creation could be more powerful than the creator. I personally find this idea somewhat amusing, and a bit absurd.
Religion tells us that God is perfect. If this is true then it could hardly be logically for Gods creations to be considered to be anything less than perfect.
If this is the case then Nothing that we can ever do could possibly change this perfection that God willed, unless we were so powerful that our choices could override and change the will of God.
How likely is that????
Think about it.
The idea of sin is simple nonsense; a lie made up about God by religion.
Love and blessings

What's scary is that some religious sects think it's perfectly fine to comitt whatever sin a person wants as long as the person that's committing the crime confesses in church. Did you see the story about the Amish, where the girl was raped over 75 times by her brothers, but her parents kept overlooking it and telling her to ignore it all just because her brothers confessed their sins in church? I've seen too many religions make it way too easy to cover up for the sins of their followers. I can see where you could confess and get forgiveness if you happened to transgress once, but doing it repeatedly?? Come on!

Yes, its a sin... the Bible says Husbands love your wives as Jesus loves the Church... with that directive, a Husband would never treat his wife the disrespect it would take to rape her...

That's a tough one to answer, although I think the answer is pretty clear. The Bible does say that when you're married your body does not belong to you, but to your mate.
1 Corinthians 7:3-4 3 The husband should fulfill his marital duty to his wife, and likewise the wife to her husband. 4 The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife.
So in the strictest sense of the word, it's impossible for a husband to rape his wife. I think this is too narrow a view. Husbands are also instructed to love their wife as Christ loved the church, in other words, sacrificially.
Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.
And
Colossians 3:19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them.
If a husband loves his wife in this way, he would never want to force her to do something that would hurt her. To me, this overrides the previous passage, so yes, in my opinion, it is a sin for a husband to rape his wife, and I think the Scripture backs that up.

See, this is the sort of question that makes me think some Christians are "brainwashed." A thinking human being should not have to ask such a question... and I'm not trying to be offensive here, but what does your heart tell you? Is it really a question? Do you really need to look to a 1500 year old book to tell you that rape is wrong regardless of who the victim is?

Ephesians 5
25Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26to make her holy, cleansing[b] her by the washing with water through the word,
