If you were smart you would not ask such a stupid question. Eat a lot and exercise a lot is better of course.. To eat little and no exercise makes you a couch potato which isn't good cause you'll eventually be craving things like fries and burgers and other tv foods and that
on top of no exercise also be no good!
The smart eat heartily and walk or exercise a lot! A good long briskwalk is as good as pushups or situps or any exercise.. perhaps better!

This one's easy! To eat a lot and exercise of course! It's very healthy, your body will look great and healthy. Your muscles will look strong and toned, although you'll still be thin! I know cause that's what I do! I'm a very active person and like walking a lot and dancing, which is a kind of exercise. I eat loads because I'm hungry, but I'm really thin! Also I would suggest to eat very little supper, hardly anything, just some fruit or so. I hope this helped!
