If you are young don't worry this is natural. Your body and brain needs sleep to accelerate the growth process. Sadly this is also the time our (edu)system put max pressure on our time. Tame small naps this should help.Pls keep away from cigarretes and coffee as a remedy. The are only temporary reliefs with long term ill effects. Good luck.

u have one hidden doctor in your ownself.u havestopped living yr own life style and u r being guided by someone else.do what yr heart guides u,your brains tell u,live for yourself,do yr daily chores,express yr feelings openly,u will find timer of yr body changing and things would be in control.
