Unless taken in moderation all of those things are very harmful to your teeth. Even 100% fruit juice is terrible for your teeth if you drink it a lot. This is what our pediatric dentist told us. My kids only drink juice that is 100% but they are limited on it and we water it down. It all contains sugar and it is all the sugar bugs that harm your teeth. :)

The colas are for sure whether it be with or without sugar I is the carbonation that is the worst part for you, not just your teeth but the rest too. It will take the enamel off your teeth and does a job on your insides too. Best to do the fruit juice rather than the carbonated stuff. Just not the sunny delight as it adds a lot of sugar.

Let's put it this way...

My four year old daughter drinks juice and koolaid, and on the RARE occasion, a soda. Her teeth are perfect and white.

My friend's four year old daughter drinks nothing but coke and was at the dentist yesterday getting her teeth filled. Her front teeth are rotting out of her head, the poor baby.

I think a popular soft drink such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Dr. Pepper are worse for your teeth because it contains numerous amounts of sugar, and sugar is definitely bad for your teeth.

Soda is bad for you. Fruit juice is only bad if you have it before sleep and I mean, drink, get in bed and sleep. If you brush your teeth after drinking it, it should be okay. Hey! Here's an idea, try water.
Peace.

Both are not good for your teeth, but if it comes to which is worse, Cola. It will strip the enamel right off your teeth!

aerated drinks have negative effect on our calcium formation so they pose more harm to our teeth. Fruit juices won't post any harm if you wash your teeth after consumption as far as i know.
