Most likely she will think you are a creep and get away from you as fast as she can.
The situation in Japan is not much different.
Granted sex does not have the religious taboos in Japan that it has in Christian countries (it is not a "sin" outside of marriage, or even in marriage :-P)
What you have heard is a product of racist stereotypes and, like other racist stereotypes, has very little basis in reality.

No. Internet porn has merely fueled and aggravated the long-standing stereotype. I have lived in the U.S. and Japan, and from personal experience, I can tell you that American girls are much more sexually liberated from a young age.

Hell no. They might be into it a little more than in other countries but I didn't see a big difference. If you are a foreigner then sometimes they will might be interested in you out of curiosity.
