He might have something on his mind that bothers him---constantly. Or, it's just the way he is is. Ask him about it, but don't be confrontational. It'll only make it worse.

When I had a budget deadline at work, I was focused on the job and shut out everything else. In short, I was sometimes losing my temper and getting impatient. My co-worker noticed it and talked to me about it. It helped.

It sounds like your friend is living with a lot of stress in his life. A person can be impatient and tempermental for a lot of reasons including: not getting enough sleep, worrying about issues that are important to them (bad grades, trouble with the girlfriend, fighting with their parents, etc.) and physical pain. Also, it may be his nature to be that way, type A personality.

I have been known at times to lose it but it's rare and growing even more infrequent. Really can't even remember the last time I really became angry enough to throw something....Some people are just more high strung than others and there are some effective anger management classes available that work wonders! Good luck

All the time. Especially if I have something on my mind. I'm not sure if it's part of the anxiety disorder or not. Give your friend a chance. He may have a problem and not even know it. I didn't know I had a problem utnil I was 47 yrs old!

no, but my husband & his 82 year old Father are
I wonder if it has to do w/ how your parents acted towards you (in general) when you were young ?

I happen to notice that my son is now learning the
trait & tell him to calm down & be patient & that
being impatient gets one no where & makes the
situation worse, so far that's worked

I'm an agressive person by nature. I am very impatient! and explode at anything! It's just a temperament, though I am very melancholy! Its nothing to worry about, its just a personality.

Sometimes. But over time I have learn to take it slow. Wait it out. But there are times I do get mad at someone. The people with no brains.

Some people are more grown up, losing your temper is childish.
