I have always had strait hair, but have moved where the humidity is higher, and now my hair is wavy and can't stand it. I have long hair and it takes about 20 min. when I use my hair dryer.

Use a hair straightener and then put a styling product on it to prevent the humidity from ruining your style.

If you're going to buy a hair straightener, The Beauty Brains have shown that the really expensive ones are probably not better than the cheap ones you can get at Walmart.

Blow dry it strait like you said, then put a little of that shine enhancer on it and comb it through. Then add a little hairspray, but not too much- it will be sticky if you add too much. Oh, if you want you can get a home -perm and comb it through your hair and let it sit for as long as the box says, and then rise it out. Don't wash it for at least three days. This will make it super strait. I did it, and it works great. Your hair will never be straighter. Hope this helped. Good Luck :)

Make sure you condition your hair well otherwise it is more likely to go dry and frizzy.
