Boots sell a variety of whitening products, from wands to toothpastes, gum shield kits etc.
They vary from just a couple of pounds to twenty/thirty pounds depending on the level you want to achieve.

I like the Crest Whitening Strips Professional Strength the best for over the counter whitening products. I also like the Crest Multicare with Whitening toothpaste. Good luck, but make sure the teeth are dry before applying the whitestrips. Take care.

It's always best to have a professional cleaning before doing any whitening to get the surface staining off. Check with your dentist if you are not sure.

If you're a smoker, give up, also cut out tea and coffee. There are places, if you live in a good city, where you can go and get a professional to whiten your teeth. It's expensive though. Alternately you could rinse your mouth out with bleach.

Some of the over the counter tooth whitening systems are good, but avoid staining your teeth with coffee, alcohol etc. Bicarbonate of soda works too.

A good old fashioned way of doing this which is probably the cheapest method going is to make a paste with bicarbonate of soda.....only do once a week though as it can be a bit abrasive to teeth if done all the time

My dentist actually recommended the crest white strips. Get the professional strength. If you cant find them OTC, sometimes dentists will sell them to you in their office.
